Aug. 31

Cash has had a headache every day since school started by 9:30-10:30 a.m. I have gone to school every day to give him Tylenol and caffeine, which is effective and he is able to return to class. He has not had his glasses as they are broken. States that he is just sitting in class listening to the teacher, not reading or writing, when the headaches begin.

Left Lake Compounce after 2 hours because Cashy says his left leg hurts. He is whining and limping. States that it hurts "inside" from his underpants line down to the tops of his toes. States it hurts more when he walks on it or moves it. States that it began to hurt when we drove into lake compounce (before we got out of the car). Physical exam and palpation reveal no differences between R and L leg other that pedal pushes are weaker on L side and he states "it hurts." Pain level 4-6 on Wong Baker scale. Neuro checks normal (other than pedal pushes). Administered 2 Children's chewable Tylenol w/ + result.
